What is Tapping?

Tapping or EFT is a self-help technique that can be used to release emotional pain, negativity, and self-sabotaging beliefs. All that involves is (literally!) tapping certain points on the body. This releases stress and trauma in your body from life experiences and limiting thought patterns. This allows you to free yourself from everything that holds you back in life.
